Thermal Polymer Systems had a flash fire resulting in three burn injuries and a serious industrial accident.  The Angleton, Texas based plant specializes in the application of plastic powder coatings.  The cause of the fire has yet to be determined.

This is the second industrial accident and explosion in less than 10 days.
