Pharr, Texas Multi-Vehicle Collision

Ten people were hospitalized following a multi-vehicle collision near the North I Road exit at Expressway 83 in Pharr, Texas.  Even if weather played a factor in the collisions, the responsible vehicle driver is required to drive safely in accordance with the current conditions.

Dallas Mobile Home Fire

A 3 year old child was killed in a Dallas mobile home fire.  Mobile homes are highly regulated and often issues in the home manufacturing process are in violation of regulations which can cause the fire or fail to mitigate a fire that is caused from other sources.  Additionally, many mobile home fires are the result of faulty appliances that are the origin and cause of the fire.

Two people were killed and three injured when a Cable One pickup truck was at fault for a rear end collision.  A commercial insurance policy should be in place to compensate the victims of this tragic collision.

Alvin Dog Bite

A lady in Alvin, Texas was attacked by her friends dog.  The bite resulted in a visit to the emergency room.  Animals with vicious propensities or a history of attacks are subject to homeowner’s insurance claims.  Additionally, claims may be made for negligent handling even if the dog has no history of biting.

Fort Worth Automobile Collision

A police officer and a private vehicle were involved in an automobile collision near the intersection of North Beach Street and Meacham Boulevard in Fort Worth, Texas.  The officer required medical attention at the hospital.
