Houston Fire Captain Loses His Daughter in Auto Collision

The daughter of a Cy-Fair fire captain was tragically killed in an automobile collision on Highway 6 in Houston, Texas.  The daughter was heading for Whataburger when a truck without its headlights on struck her vehicle.

The preliminary investigation of the T-bone collision indicates the pickup driver was drunk.  A Harris County district attorney was on the scene evaluating the case for DWI charges.  The on scene investigation indicated the driver was intoxicated.

A wrongful death resulting from an automobile collision with a drunk driver may be pursued by family members against the drunk driver and their own insurance company.  If a family member has been killed as a result of an automobile collision, contact Burwell Nebout Trial Lawyers today – we are on YOUR side.
